Alexandra Johnson - Growing up in Rochester, NY, Alexandra Johnson began her dance training with the Rochester City Ballet under the tutelage of Timothy M. Draper. She continued on to receive her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Conservatory at Purchase College graduating Cum Laude. While at Purchase she had the opportunity to work with such notable choreographers as Robert Hill, Asun Noales, Megan Williams, and Kevin Wynn. She also performed repertory by Buglisi/Foreman Company, Mark Morris, and Paul Taylor. Upon graduating, Alexandra began her career as a freelance dancer; having the pleasure of working for several choreographers such as Lane Gifford, Noemie LaFrance, Austin McCormick, Amber Parker, and Kevin Wynn. Presently Alexandra is a member of Sidra Bell Dance New York and The DASH Ensemble.
